30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • Returned in the original packaging (including the box, pouch, and any included accessories).

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm its approval and process your refund or exchange promptly.

Exchanges

If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly, don’t worry — we offer easy exchanges.
Simply contact our support team with your order number and the desired new size. We’ll guide you through the quick exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or engraved rings
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective product upon arrival

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you immediately.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
